1. Should you have to cancel or alter your holiday dates, please contact me immediately and confirm in writing within 7 days. I will seek to re-let and if successful will return all money paid. However, should I be unsuccessful in re-letting, there will be no refund of monies paid.
2. In the unlikely event that the apartment becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond my control, I will return all money paid in full and I shall not be under any other liability.
3. If you have a complaint please contact the housekeeper first. If this does not resolve any problem, then contact me immediately so it can be investigated straight away and before the holiday ends.
4. I cannot accept any liability of events outside my reasonable control and any liability shall not exceed the rental paid.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to personal belongings.
6. Breakages and damages are the liability of, and must be paid for, by the person named on the booking form.
7. Access to the property by myself or a representative shall be allowed at any reasonable time during a holiday occupancy.
8. The occupancy shall not exceed the number in the party shown on the booking form.
9. I reserve the right to terminate hire without notice or refund for a breach of the conditions of hire.
10. Access to and supervision of persons on the High Spy balcony is the sole responsibility of the person named on the booking form.
11. Strictly no smoking, vaping or pets allowed.
12. These conditions of hire supersede any previous issues.
